Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
This policy covers logitron.my.id generally, and specifically explains how the Free GA4 Audit tool handles data accessed through your Google account.
What the GA4 Audit tool accesses
When you connect your Google account to run a GA4 audit, we request read-only access to Google Analytics data ("Google Analytics Read & Analyze"): your GA4 account and property list, and configuration details for the property you choose to audit (data streams, conversion events, custom dimensions, retention settings, and similar). We never request edit access, and it is not technically possible for this tool to change your Google Analytics configuration.
What we do with it
Your property configuration is read into memory, checked against our audit rules, and the resulting findings are shown to you and, if you request a report, emailed to you as a PDF. We do not store your Google Analytics configuration or the OAuth access token in any database. The access token is held only for the duration of your session, is encrypted, and we actively revoke it as soon as your report is sent (or you disconnect).
What we store
If you request your audit report, we store your email address and the resulting audit findings (score and the list of issues found) so we can send your report and follow up. We do not store your raw Google Analytics configuration.
Google user data & Limited Use
Logitron's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your rights
You can revoke this tool's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions page (myaccount.google.com/permissions). To request deletion of any data we hold about you, email riki.kusnadi@logitron.my.id.
