The Problem

A former Googler spotted a gap: digital marketing agencies pay for Google Analytics audits, but no automated tool existed to do the work โ€” someone still had to compile every GA4 report by hand.

Logitron built the MVP end-to-end, from a validated idea to a live product a customer would actually pay for, inside a fixed six-week window.

Our Approach

We scoped the product to one sharp use case, GA audits only, and resisted feature creep to protect the six-week deadline. One team owned backend, frontend, and infrastructure, with zero handoffs slowing decisions down.

The platform was instrumented from commit one, with monitoring wired in before the first real user touched it. Rather than polishing toward an internal definition of "done," we shipped for feedback โ€” live in front of real prospects by week 2.

Key Decisions

  • Scope:GA audits only, no feature creep
  • Instrumentation:Wired in from commit one
  • Team Model:Full-stack, zero handoffs
  • Feedback Loop:Live for real prospects by week 2
"Scoped to one sharp use case and resisted feature creep to hit the deadline โ€” that discipline is what made six weeks possible."

Inside the Approach

1. One Sharp Use Case

Scoped to GA audits only, resisting feature creep to hit the six-week deadline.

2. Instrumented From Commit One

Sentry and PostHog wired in before the first user, not after launch.

3. Full-Stack Ownership

One team across backend, frontend, and infrastructure. Zero handoffs.

4. Shipped for Feedback

Live in front of real prospects by week 2, not held back for perfection.

"Six weeks, kickoff to live MVP, with a paying customer by week two. That is what happens when scope stays locked and instrumentation ships on day one."
