Client Snapshot

  • Origin: Logitron's own internal product
  • Product: Modus โ€” HRIS, tasks, docs, accounting, CRM
  • Challenge: One coherent platform, not five tools bolted together
  • Timeline: Shipped to a hard launch date
  • Result: 5 modules shipped, 1 pilot customer committed at launch

The Result

5 Modules
Shipped in one platform
1 Pilot Customer
Committed at launch

Live before external rollout

The Problem

Modus is Logitron's own business operations platform โ€” HRIS, tasks, docs, accounting, and CRM in one system. The challenge was not building five tools, it was building one coherent platform without the scope collapsing under its own ambition.

Our Approach

We scoped five modules under one clean architecture, deliberately avoiding the monolithic sprawl that kills projects this size. The platform was dogfooded before launch: real internal HR processes ran on Modus own HRIS module first, before any external customer touched it.

We built for a hard launch date, shipping to target with one pilot customer already committed rather than an open-ended timeline. The architecture was built to scale from day one, designed for growth through a partner network rather than a single deployment.

Key Decisions

  • Architecture:5 modules, one clean system
  • Validation:Dogfooded on internal HR first
  • Launch:Hard date, 1 pilot committed
  • Scale Model:Partner network, not single deployment
"Five modules, one clean architecture โ€” scoped deliberately to avoid monolithic sprawl."

Inside the Approach

1. Five Modules, One Clean Architecture

Scoped deliberately to avoid monolithic sprawl across HR, tasks, docs, accounting, and CRM.

2. Dogfooded Before Launch

Real internal HR processes ran on Modus own HRIS first.

3. Built for a Hard Launch Date

Shipped to target with one pilot customer already committed.

4. Architecture Built to Scale

Designed for growth through a partner network, not a single deployment.

"We were not building five tools, we were building one coherent platform. That distinction is what kept the scope from collapsing under its own ambition."
